Open White Space ("we", "us") builds custom dashboards, software and AI tools, including Munshi AI. This page explains, in plain language, what information we collect and how we look after it.

What we collect

When you contact us: your name, phone number, email and anything you choose to tell us about your business.
When we build for you: the business data you ask us to connect, such as sheets, reports or software records.
When you use Munshi AI: the WhatsApp messages and voice notes your team sends to it, and the numbers taken from them.

How we use it

To reply to you and prepare demos or quotes.
To build, run and support the dashboards and tools you have asked for.
To send the reports and alerts you have set up.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use your business data for advertising.

Who can see your data

Only you and the people you give access to. We use trusted service providers to run our tools, such as cloud hosting, WhatsApp's official business service and AI providers. They process data only to provide those services.

How we protect it

We use secure connections and access controls, and we limit access to the people who need it to deliver your work.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while we work together. When our work ends, we delete it or return it to you on request, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your information at any time. We handle personal data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
